No that will do you. You can use old seals to drift new seals in with, quite effective. You will be set with a windy gun to remove bottom damper bolt.

Dropped forks down a friends to undo bottom allen bolt then ewill be investigating !!

Cannot see any thing wrong bushes etc look ok slight scaring on fork tubes. bushes do not look worn as teflon coating intact.

Then put them back together with the correct seals and be happy :)
It's more likely the disc bobbins or head bearings.

Could also be loose front fender stays.

Are these newly bought? If so, you ought to be asking "a racer" to assist you with the cost of refurbishment of potentially dangerous forks, especially if they were sold to you in a supposedly good and serviceable condition. If he doesn't want to play fair - name and shame him!
