cheers guys, more pics and write ups to come i have missed loads and will probally edit or just add to the topic, this weekend ive spent small time out in the garage but had a good crack and rebuilding the swing arm and bits, also filled with expanding foam etc,

Another :plus: for going back to the SEED scheme! You only have to look at Kris's fine example to see it makes sense! 8-) By the way Kris, who resprayed that and the OKI one?

@ Benneyboy@1984, the expanding foam is for plugging the 2 front holes on the swingarm (where the rear shock goes through), so that it stops sand and little stones getting in and getting to the rear end of it and jamming the chain adjuster! Any hardware shop will have that foam in a can! :smile:

as speedy says its to stop crap from getting into the hollow swingarm,

it mainly stops the hub getting seized/dirty internally, keeps out water in bad weather, and stones/pebbles which rattle around inside, i took loads out when i removed the wingarm there was a right pile of dirt.
