Yeah you've just flooded it mate it should be fine in the morning if you start it as we have said any probs let me know and we can sort it out.

Well it started but lumpy it only started without the chock held it at about 3000 revs put the chock on full but it would only rev on 2500 revs with the choke on without me bliping the throttle. I only left it running for 5 min I was scared I might damage something else so still verry lumpy. Hope you can help me I am verry gratefull.

Just out of curiosity, isn't the choke in effect doing exactly what the throttle would? So what would be the point in using the throttle at all?
I'm only saying as I too have been having issues with starting my bike lately and I avoid using the throttle in all cases as the choke should have the same use?

Incidently I'm advised maybe it's the jet setup, not that I myself have a clue about this! I'm taking the bike to a mechanic whos worked on VFR grey imports for some time so I hope he will have some luck and fix my little baby!

went to the bike last night & it started first time so I let it worm up & turned the choke down slowley until it warmed up, when it was warm I turned the choke off & it ticked over nicely. Then left it until it was up to the temp. I only hope it's ok now. Only thing the oil was smelling of petrol a bit.

Not really, the choke creates a richer (more petrol) mixture. Its not just a raised throttle stop type thing.
