let us see some pictures of the top rad and fan and do you think this fan would fit near an NC30 ?
It's not having what you want but wanting what you've got....Loud ,Proud and Modified ....

Quite possibly...

I don't know why the NC30 gets soo much hotter than the NC24.. it has an extra rad and the top rad is bigger.

I'd be tempted to fit a ZXR400 rad and oil cooler if I was having temp problem.. it wouldn't get hot then. :)

Thanks Neosophist for the useful wiring information.

A further question. Can you help me to identify a generic 12V feed? I don't want to damage the wiring loom as I'm trying to keep the bike as mint as I can and yes your right, I also don't want to run too many or too long wires. Is there a 12V feed that I can take from the RH front light?

Yes but the lights would need to be switch on.

The easy way to find a wire is get your multimeter on 20v setting and put the black lead to a good earth point on the frame then use the red wire to touch the spade connectors of the wiring plugs with the ignition turned on..

when you find one that says 12v turn the ignition off and see if it goes to 0.

Then you have a wire you can join onto.

Thanks again for the help.
I always ride with my lights on, so that will be OK and the front RH light is going to blanked out. I'm in the process of making an Endurance nose out of an original nose fairing with only the LH light visible, hence the question.
