Based on what I can find online....
high Beams 60W*2 120W
low beams 35W*2 75W
Tail light (high) 18W
Position light 3.4W
Turn signal 33W/2= 16.5W
Instrument 1.7W*5 = 8.5W
All warning 1.7*6 = 10.1W

total (low beam) 126.5

Even if the igntion system used 100W (which I think is high) I should have just enough, allowing.

I doubt I'll need the full 87 W anyway, I'll run a pluse type controller at probably 50%.

You can't use that calculation for the indicators as it is a pulse supply through a relay, not a constant load. Drain on the system will likely be less than half what you have there.

you're correct it is a pulsed load, but I was going with a fudge factor, so I left it in. I'll measure all this tonight when I get home in a couple of hours....

Well in a test, the NC maintained it's 13.5 or so volt output even under full load at 5K.

I think, if I use my head, we'll be ok using the heat.
