Yep did all this last night carb rubbers seam fine but I will be changing them in the near future I also sprayed some Carb Cleaner around rubbers with no change.. One thing I did do again was clean the jets after I put the carbs back on and with the idle adjuster set to minimum the revs are about 1700 RPM so will be hoping a carb balance will do the trick.

Having been offroading for the past few years Im starting to remember what a b1itch these can be to work on, I know its something stupid just a matter of finding out what..

Again Thanks

back all of 3 the carb adjuster screws out 3 turns and see if your idle drops.

Random but..... If the throttle cables are adjusted tight and routed incorrectly, when turning the handle bars doing so can cause the throttle cable to pull slightly.
Give your front end a twist from side to side and see if the revs drop, only other thing i can think of if all the above fails. :)

Ok all sorted out, turned out to be a slighty sticking choke rod on the upper carbs, It was only sticking by mayb 1mm hence it was not obvious. I have just took the rod out sanded off a tiny bit of corrioson lubed it up and now slids much better and fully slids back in place simples ...
