I am sure Fontyyy would have something to say about this with his daytime MOT NSR MC28 no lights inc brake lights, indicators, speedo.

It does have a horn.

FWIW
Dr biggs (me) is taking his Dr Biggs replica (no lights, indies etc) out every day for a spin to work. It has however a horn and number plate. :D
