We are starting in on version 3 of mine. Hope to make 72 on his Factory Pro dyno...should put us about 82 on a Dynojet.

PS: We FINALLY got a set of Gerd Rads. They were just fitted last weekend. They mounted up great. In fact, compared to the rads you loaned us for fitting, we think Gerd made some changes for better fitment. We are looking forward to seeing how well they work on the track this coming weekend.

Wow, I can't get over the power that engine's making.

I'm really starting to regret not saving for a set of those Cosworth pistons. Good luck with the rest of the engine mods!

Michael - Sorry I didn't get back with you sooner. I am in Japan right now for meetings all week. Not much time.

Mark wrote me and said the radiators worked prefectly, fit perfectly and feels they were one of the best investments we have made in the cooling system. He said, "Money well spent". We really like them. I believe (waiting to see the data record to confirm) the water temp never went above 180F on an 80F day. That's ~15F cooler than usual.

Michael Ruehl (mruehl43) helped us to get them from Gerd in Germany. They were about $1300 shipped. Several people here on the list have them already and gave them great reviews. Kenny (Venom51) was kind enough to send us his to test-fit. He also was able to show us the data trace from his Mychron Data Acquisition to show that the water temp stayed cool and stable.

The rads we received were better refined (they're hand built so each one can be tailored as he builds them) than the ones Kenny sent us. No mods were needed. They bolted on, fit within the stock RVF bodywork shape (Tyga RVF bodywork), came with everything needed to mount them and were hassle-free. The only mods were in opening up the bodywork to expose all the radiator surface. If your bike is running hot, these will do the job of cooling them back down - unless you have another issue all together.
