yamamoto same as speedys, hannakournikovas and martins
can we get some more pictures lasse of it in day light, just a bit dark there and i can't see all you have done
i know what your saying dave, but there are people out there track daying brand new road R6's,CBR6RR's etc etc i think a 16+ year old bike with a few sorted mods is'nt too much for the track,i give you a few months and you'll have your bike tricked out and sorted before we all go out a flip them at fishermans....

Thank you Royster, I had a hunch it might be a Yamamoto. Was very close to just throw it in the dump, dirty and all, but then started getting all the old much and road grime off it, turned out quite nice. Would love to have a genuine full system without the disgusting stubby rear exhaust headers, though...
I don't have any daylight pics, stuck in the shed as I am. Don't want to bring things out in that part of town for all the thieving scum to take notice. Probably all I'd find next time I got down there would be a broken door, I'm afraid.

Now I'm done welding the rads, playing around with bluish silicone toys in the garage instead..! A Davies Craig pump is to be connected in the area in front/under the generator (which by the way now is altered to a GSXR 1000 one, courtesy of Mr. Norman!). Need a few more silicone bends to get everything where I want it!
The special carb rubbers for the Keihin FCR:s arrived together with the generator stuff, and I'll soon start the process of making the brackets and linkages for them. Fun stuff!

No clamps yet. Probably they'll turn up on Monday! Now what you need to do is to PM me the total cost for these so I can pay you, mate!

Hi Mark!
A BIG thank you for helping me out with the clamps! I'm truly grateful, and quite a bit moved by your helpfulness to a complete stranger like me..! Thumbs Up to you, mate!
Please let me know if there's anything I can do to help you out in the future!
The clamps turned up today, and fits perfectly! Say hello to the missus also =)
