Its the whirring noise im after, sort of like a supercharger whine. I can wait a few days no problem at all.
I'm OP off 125SB.com too. Can i stay ? hahaha
I was mooching about on Youtube and found this video clip, hopefully i can get mine sounding similar, it sounds amazing !!

Yep that whirring sound is standard,if thats what you want then leave the backlash gears in, removing them will lose the whirring sound. that scorpion can sounds nice and deep, like that

Yep, that's the standard gear train noise, just a bit fruitier exhaust noise with a free flowing can.

I bought a 2T and learned all about that, then an IL4 and did the same, now i have a V4 and im back to being a dummy again.

I think i'm a bit odd in that i like the sound of the engine more than the exhaust note, must be going senile.
