They went the first time so I replaced them, then they went again, so I had some spare forks in good condition so put them on and now 2 months down the line the right one has gone but both sets of forks its only the right one that keeps going. They got the same pressure in for my pre load and are both the same level in the yokes. So im a bit lost
Did you add litol grease between seal oil-removal edge (maybe I'm translate wrong) ? I have same issue, but next time some mechanic advice me to add litol and both seal forks fine. Of course, you need to check fork tubes - they should be straight.

Yeah tubes are straight I checked them when I did it on the first set of forks. And yeah I put some oil on the seals 'as advised by the motorcycle mechanics tutor' at college

No mate, I mean following. Grease between edge prevent oil leaking. That's waht I mean.
Litol-24
GOST 2712-75

Multipurpose lubricant Litol-24 is applied in frictionless and friction bearings, joints, gears, wheel and caterpillar transport friction surfaces, industrial machinery, electric equipment etc.
Litol-24 works at the temperatures from – 40°С up to + 120°C, shortly up to + 130°C.
