Thing is I'm still on a restricted licence - I have no chance do I?

From the Focused Website.......

Requirements for Participation

You must bring both parts of your full current, unrestricted UK driving licence issued by the DVLA and present it at registration. If using an ACU licence you must be 18 years of age or older and if using a Scottish ACU licence you MUST bring your passport to confirm your age. It is your responsibility to pass the noise limit set for that particular event. Any failure of the noise test will result in your bike not being allowed on the circuit.

If they'll let me pay when I turn up (which I doubt) I'll give it a try. I'll call them later.

Well the rain managed to stay away for the evening and with only a handful of people in each group it was a good blast. Saw a couple of vfrs and rvfs in the day sessions but it was just us out on track on 400's in the evening from what I could see. Cbrmonkey was that you who parked up behind me and leant your bike up against your car? If so I didn't see you on track, did I just miss you? Unlucky Wozza, maybe next time.

It probably was me, I failed the noise test with 101dB and the miserable git of a noise tester wouldn't let me go on track for being 3dB over. I left quickly to try and get home and back to the track with my ZX9 but got stuck in traffic. Trying to sort another end can out and book on the evening of the 22nd.

Ahh that sucks man, unlucky. Mate of mine snuck on at 99db but he was lucky by the sounds of it. Standard RVF can registered at 91db fwiw.
