Ok, so ordered R O needles and float bowl gaskets from Rick, been to local dyno place and got new 118 and 120 jets.
According to Rick I don't need to add extra washer under needle with his needles, just use the original one.
Do any o rings need replacing while I do the mods, just want to make sure I have all the bits I need!!

BLOODY HELL what an improvement! that's all I can say!, well worth spending seventy odd quid with Rick and a few hours work following Cams carb guide
what tools/kit do you need to drill the slides? is there a photo guide online somewhere for this?

Really is more simple than people think. When you take the slide out, you'll see a tiny hole in the end. Just drill this out using a 2.5mm drill bit. I was a bit aprehensive at first, but armed with a cordless drill it took less then 5 seconds. Just make sure that you blow out all the plastic swarf.
If you look at Cam's Carb guide there are pics there ... somewhere
