Interestingly I'm looking into this as well.
If there were a few of us maybe we could try and get some form of discount, then we could all be exhaust buddies!

The tooling we have available is for 0.9mm wall and can be 2" or 4" centre line radius. I can just get the bends that allow you to build by cutting and welding or was looking to get the haeders done in one but i cannot afford to get 5 or say 10 sets done as im broke!!!! Stupid expensive motorcycles.

Hi Stripes,
Without financial info I can't commit to either, but would be interested in principal.

Well, having found out that the baffles in my standard exhaust are shot, I'll definitely have one of these, but it depends on cost. Are duff baffles something which will write off the whole system? I'd quite like to keep it as at the moment the bike is completely standard and I'd like to be able to return it that way should the need arise.

if your baffles have gone in the std one then you are looking at a minimum of can and link pipe if your going aftermarket

Ok just got off the phone with them and the road system should be available for sale by the end of the summer.
Just got to find someone now who is prepared to do the race system.
