repacked and adjusted headbearings, no movements now and moves quite smooth side to side, no notchiness. only 1 thing am not sure of, tigthening torque of top yoke Big nut, am i right to say 80 ft. ft in torque? sounds a lot only reason is when i undone it, it wasnt that tight at all. cheers

I did mine up ...and I think it worked loose cos the barstewards took it off when I was coming back from Germany

Well if that's whats in the manual ....

well i have torqued it up according to the manual, road tested straight for MOT. everything all feels good and no more irritating donking noise on bumpy surfaces. Flew straight thru MOT as well( been advised on the chain thats all). which am planning to do. just coudnt decide yet if upgrading to 520 is better i only used it for commuting to work.
