Don't know why the links have been shortened

Heres the pics

Fuel pump ???
The pump is mounted to the bottom of the tank on a 1WG so you end up with an additional wire because the tank is off. It got me a couple of times too

I took the tank off so I could take a pic

After cleaning the wires so I could see what colour they were

The connector is for the Fuel Pump

Both the connector and the Pump have a Black Wire and a Black with a Blue Tracer

I had the Pump conected to the wrong Plug that was sitting under the Battery Box

Which is for the Rear Brake Light Switch

Thats what you get for trying to put together a Bike without a Manual and alot of the bits still in the Box

a least you won't have to hold down th back brake to start the engine

More help needed

I can't work out how to mount the Seat Latch

I know it is mounted just infront of the passanger seat (Well I think so anyways)

But can't work it out


The Bike is running Great

Fired up first push on the button

Had to use a set of FZR600 down pipes as the 400s were shot (Will be getting welded back up)

Just getting it all sanded for paint

(I'm supprised no-one has done a post about how difficult it is to get the stickers off the Fooking Fairing)

The release catch is a long black thing and has an opening on the top with a hook in it. It lays acroos the subframe dierctly under the pillion saddle and is held with m6 bolts

Oh by the way ... the stickers are a b4stard to remove ... I think they even be stuctural to the fairing

It seems that the 3en1 and 3en2 have different subframes

These are the Latch parts I have, is there any washers missing or anything

I was first thinking that it mounted through Hole B

But it appears to work using hole A

I forgot that the powder coating makes the hole smaller

Indeed it does ... find where the lock is on the bodywork that may help
