Is it running lean? It'll get hot quick if it is.

What do you have the pilot screws at? Try richening them up 1/2 a turn.

As you have answered my other post you'll see the probs I've had. This bike is standard all the way exhaust everything. The pilot screws are out 2 turns as specified by Rick O. All balanced carbs cleaned jets clear etc etc.
