Durham has I believe the best statistics in the counrty for biker safety their approach is not to fine you but show you how you can improve.

I wish i rode a big bike at work, but i dont!! i drive a big armoured car , am afraid!!

count me in for this too, only live an hour and 30 away but its pretty central to the uk, and just off the motorway network.
