That will do, not a straight swap but not e every difficult one either.
You'll need to cut the honda plug off and use 5 standard sized female spade connectors (insulated ones!).

I read there that a cbr600 reg fits straight in and is a bit more robust.....anyone know bout this?do you know what year cbr?cheers

Stick with a honda one at your own risk.
Honda can build fantastic bikes, but still has trouble with reg/recs!

Just make sure its a 5 pin and not a 6 pin R6 rectifier and you will be ok (not the later models in other words, just ask the seller when you come to purchase one.)

was onto a lad there and he said the yam ones can give a bit of bother aswel...but kwack ones are pretty robust...
anyone ever try a zx7r reg rec in their vfr?

Garrr. Just bought a 1999 R6 unit AND paid extra to get it tomoro. Might ask Santa for a 2005 unit, knowing my luck I'll need it, lols.
