Over rev is the cause apparently, valve bounce/float. As I think i said in my original thread you can hear it bounce in the video after it popped out of gear, no idea what RPM's it takes to do that?. Hence why I want put a revlimiter on it.
I don't want to reduce it, it doesn't have one currently, I just want one at say 14500 approx.

I don't doubt kept within its rev window, they'll keep going for many seasons. Well that was my plan anyways lol :roll:

No truth. The rev limit is programmed into the cdi and can't be changed on standard units.
