you can get link pipes but they wont be what you want, they involve cutting the downpipe further down (I know Ive looked) and the problem with that is you wont be able to reuuse your standard exhaust come mot time unless you cut that pipe off and somehow have a new one welded on :( Im thinking Im going to have to buy/get made an adapter pipe so I can fit a standard slip on in place of it

the best way is to cut and sleeve at the collector leaving link pipe and can in one, slip joint the origonal pipe for mot.

Ok, so is that adapter what i'd need to connect the Scorpion can that i have? (suppose it depends if the Viper can and Scorpion can have the same fitting size)

Good find though, we'll get there in the end

took me bloody hours! :p, I have bought that Viper kit off ebay with the Race can, that should come by friday, I have also emailed highriders to ask them if it is the standard 50mm outlet, if so your scorpion should just slip right over the end, Ill let you know when they get back to me or I receive my kit :)

I do have all the correct measurements needed to make an adapter if anyone was that way inclined, the bend is 16 degrees which appears to be a bit awkward to do from people I have asked.

Why don't you guys look closer to home for a kit. I know Rick Oliver supplies them, as I bought one back in the mists of time - it came with 50mm adapter for my ART can and also the 60mm to refit the o/e can.

I'll bet 20p that Graeme France can also sort you out.

Keep it in the greybike fraternity people...
