				And guess who bought that bike off of e-bay??
Yep you guessed it!!
Still, may have cost a bit, but still rides like a dream and whilst way down on power (60bhp), I took it out at the weekend and it still handles like the bike a won the championship on a few years ago.
As you may therefore have guessed, this bike is now undergoing a nut an bolt, back to fully original restoration. To the point that I've just changed the bar ends for oringinals at a cost of £40 because the ones on it were the wrong colour 
 
Anyhow I'm back to the FZR fold and this is now the 4th one I've owned (albeit all the others were race bikes) and do know what - i back to the smaller cc bikes and remember why I love em so much.
Good bye to racing and hello to a fully anally retentive FZR restoration
