pretty sure haynes say 33 all round. Make sure that you have a decent guage though, i aparently put 33 in the back and went on a 120 mile trip. Turns out i had more like 40psi in, with one very squared off alpha 10 lol

Yep, Haynes recommends 33 on both hoops or 33F/36R if two-up.

Not had chance to check em mate, my last run I broke down a few miles from home, brakes stuck on solid and lots of smoke lol so I had to wait for that to cool then limp it back without using the brakes.

Since then I have stripped all the fairing off and I bought a Inforad motorcycle GPS unit, what this does is tell you where the speed cameras are but better than this, it tells you your TRUE top speed governed by GPS satellite navigation 8-)

I had to send mine back as it was faulty so waiting on another coming any day now then I'll install, clean pads and be back on the road again very soon.

Heres a screen capture of the sofrware for the inforad :

I'd love to take the RVF for a top speed blast and come home and see it say 138mph top speed or sommat

That problem with the brakes is a bit unsual!
Glad it didn't lock up whilst in motion!

That GPS gizmo can be pretty useful and I'm sure you don't need me to tell this, but if you're going on public roads and the cops stop you and check what speeds you were up to with it, they can seize it as evidence to procecute you; if you were speeding of course! ;)

Well me pads came with none of those metal shim things on the back and I had some metal shim things from some pads on a ZZ-R 600 so I put them on and they fit perfectly, maybe they shouldnt have had any in the first place ? so my first job is to whip them off, clean the pistons best I can and try again.

I did wonder about that with the inforad but if I ever do get pulled by the fuzz I doubt they would look under me seat and question what it was ? at least I hope not
