But matt did say the garage he's taking em too only put tyres not bourght from their place on loose wheels, so im assuming he's sourced his new rubber from outside their grubby gubbins...
looks like a nice hammer/wood job matt...best get cracking, it does take a while!

Re: Rear wheel stuck...!
When i bought my nc30 i wanted to remove the rear wheel but could not move it,tried the usual big hammer job with no success. So came up with this idea as follows.
1x10 inch long piece of 2 angle iron, drill two holes @ 8 inch centres.
2 x 6 inch long x 1 inch flat bar with half inch holes drilled through the middle.
2 lengths half inch stud iron 6 inches long.
6 x half inch nuts and washers.
Now fix the stud iron to the flat bar, tape up the flat bar this is to protect your wheels paintwork.
1 x7 inch long piece of 3/4 bore steel pipe.
Secure rear wheel with paddock stand and remove wheel nut.Slide steel pipe over spindle, place tee pieces behind wheel spokes.
Now clamp angle iron onto tee piece stud iron ends, carefully tighten up nuts as to get an even pull. Now tighten each nut one turn at a time and the wheel give job done.

Re: Rear wheel stuck...!
i had this when i first got my NC30 and it took ages... in the end as i decided i couldnt do it single handedly i got my mate who also works for Honda and he came round to give me a hand.
this was due to the night before of me doing it myself at 2am. and i have a workshop ramp that lift whole bike up and it was up on the paddock with the ramp raised and i pulled her off the paddock and she landed ontop of me on my shoulders and leaning on a cupboard.
anyhoo, in the end he blowtorched my wheel....i moaned and his words were " do you want it off or seized on with bubbled paint? lol
i wouldnt mind afterwards i noticed it had been copaslipped to the max too....
