Looking at new CDI advice needed
Well left my bike work a week while i was away at work, came back started it, it then died. Couldnt start it. Left it a while came back it started then died again.
Looked like an electrical problem as when i looked there was no spark. So followed the manual advice and it came out that the "Spark unit"/CDI is knackered, the test was measuring voltage across a coil.
So as i need a new CDI iv been looking through the forum and have seen comments about the Ignitech and HRC CDIs.
How much are the Ignitech CDIs? because iv seen the standard ones for about £70 and wondered if it would be worth spending abit more on a Ignitech or HRC? Also where do i get a Ignitech CDI?
Was thinking at the same time i might get a carbtune kit aswell while im spending.

thanks for the reply. £135 then im guessing. About another £65 for a programmable one. Anyone used these and what do they think of them? Worth the extra £65?
