Re: jet kits?
out of interest how does it ride? any flat spots? when mine was on the standard jets it had a flat spot lowish down about 6k i think (was a few years ago), completely gone once jetted, if it has no flat spot i would either dyno or leave alone

Re: jet kits?

Re: jet kits?
Its hard to tell by what your saying..
Go for a ride and when it hits the flat spot put the choke on.. If it gets better it needs bigger jets and opposite if worse..

yeah thats exactly what happens woodzy, already tried it, it hits the flat spot at bout between 4-6 grand, stops when i put the choke on.
also doesnt have any flats spots when i start it in morning and ride with the choke on till its warmed up.

Re: jet kits?
I think I have 108's and 110's, will double check tomorrow and let you know mate.. they should stop it maybe with a little tweaking..
Also might be worth adjusting your lower mixture screws on the carbs.. Im no expert but might work if you turn the screws anti clockwise 1/4 of a turn... Try that first.. you can get to them without removing the carbs..

Re: jet kits?
Main jets have little to no effect at those sort of revs.
Try raising your needles an axtra 0.5mm using washers.
