Re: CRM's NC30 project - codename EXON VALDEZ
right am baffled now. when fitting the front wheel, no matter which way i try, the right hand disc (as looking from the front towards the back) always rubs on the leg.
right disc sits 5mm away like my uk bike, spacers are right, but right disc always rubs the leg and wont spin.
are there other discs that look the same but have a 5mm or more offset ?

Iv had this with my race bike, you've either got the wheel the wrong way round and the spacers the right way round, or the fork is bent slightly, loosen then off and twist until their is enough space to get the wheel in
my bet is wheel wrong way round tho cos iv done that on both my roady and racer

Should be right... You got the central spacer inside the wheel?

i have mark yes, wierd as isnt it ?
i wonder, new bearings, if they are say a couple of mm thinner then this may be enough to cause an issue ? i wonder if i use another large spacer on the other side to offset ?

Very strange man....
Do you have a spare wheel you can fit to prove you are not going mad? Have you nipped it up? It might come good..?
