Seen them on E bay and they say £85 to rebuild. My suspension is saggier than a saggy thing. I changed the fork oil in the front and dialled the preload on the back right up and it feels better at least.

Was thinking about this whole CBR600 shock thing, but then I have to cut holes from the linkage, move the coolant bottle, OR the idea of having a shock that just slots back into place sounds good, rebuilt, guaranteed for 2 years and set up for a 13st rider.
Just wondering if anyone has dealt with them?
Cheers
Anyone used Brook Suspension to rebuild rear shock?

Re: Anyone used Brook Suspension to rebuild rear shock?
That sounds like the axact same ad on ebay that caught my eye a couple of years ago although i dont remember them being called brook racing. Sent my RS250 shock off to them to be rebuilt and set up for the RVF and my weight, and also my RVF forks for new seals and heavier straight rate springs. I called the shop once id sent them off so to confirm that they had recieved the email detailling what i wanted which they hadnt, i got a very uninterested response from someone who was rude and just didnt want to be on the phone.
Received the goods back in a about 2 weeks total, The shock seemed to work well although very hard even on the softest setting, forks where diabolically soft and eventually ditched for the rick oliver upgrade kit which i fitted my self and to me was 100 times better. They had also been fitted with progressive springs rather than the straight rate springs i asked for!
Like i said tho i dont remember them being called brook racing but that ad sounds spot on the same.
