Re: what exhaust is this??
hang on, let me get this straight. quill have your NC30 gavin and they are selling it ?
firstly - why have they got your NC30 ?
what makes them think they have the right to sell it ?
more to this that a simple mistake surely.

Re: what exhaust is this??
so have you spoken to them about it face to face ? or doing it legaly ? get a third party to buy your bike back and add that to the court bill.
was there anything more than verbal to back up either side of the instruction to build ?
but your right they look complete shite, i spoke to them a while ago about getting a custom can made and he came heavy sell with these pics and special price. i actually said if the cans were smaller and the correct angle they would fly out, he argued with me saying these are correct and what customers wanted. i am sure they know pipes, but styling is a bit out there or cobbled together.

thats the problem it was all done verbaly so its his word against mine having a chat with a legal beagal soon but Im guessing not much will be done about it due to it all being verbal. I will also be chatting to the police to see where I stand on the bike aswell
To me they are a bunch of cowboys and I will never recomend anyone going to them.

Re: what exhaust is this??
you need screenshots of the adverts and the likes.
speak to the police asap before it goes too far. if your bikes sold then its too late. if anyone applies for the V5 you will be asked first, if no reply within i think 14 days they get a new log book and the legal owners.
if the bikes not great and you have written it off mentaly then fair enough put it down as one of those things, but to sell a bike without any warning is theft IMO no matter what the situ with the pipe order or otherwise.
