i have found that reving it slightly helps get it into neutral also try finding neutral while the bike is still in motion

i have the same problem, just flick it into neutral whilst still moving, or failing that, give it a touch of throttle- drops right in.

Yep - it certainly is easier getting it into netrual while the bike is moving. Not always pratical of course, but certainly better !!!

Only way you will solve it with gear box re-build and new 1st and 2nd gear, then in a race bike only lasts a seaon and starts doing same anyway.

Yeah regarding the neutral problem, i had major problems few months ago when I 1st started riding my nc30, i read on a posted topic on this site somewhere that if you just rev to around 3 and half thousand revs and then attempt to flick it into neutral it goes alot easier!
And so far i have had no further problems with finding neutral since using this technique!

yep i second this. only clean technique when the bike is stationary

Yeah must admit I use the same technique, does work.
