Re: Another RVF thread!
Looks good, got any other pics? Why didn't you do the swingarm too?
My mother in law is heading over in a few weeks, with my sister in law, and a few nephews. I'll have to send them shopping.[/quote]
I'll have to take some new pictures soon, just waiting on the wiring to be finished (Cbr600rr dash), the swingarm is mirror polished,if I don't get on with it I'll powdercoat one later and swap them over.
The Rvf with the underseat pipe was on Uk ebay a few months ago, a mate of mine has an Rvf and wanted me to fit a Mito tail to it but I refused as in standard trim the Rvf is too pretty. Nc30s are fair game.

Need any used Nc30 parts? Want to fit a Ducati front end to your Nc30? If so give me a shout.

Powder coat is cool polishing is not cool. Go for it my 29 trackbike has a powdercoated frame and looks great.

Well im not sure there and beg to differ. I think polishing can quickly turn from impressive and classy to overdone/poorly done tat.tanuki wrote:its Rhorys bike.

Its all in context I guess, I quite like polished bits, but wont have it all polished

I like this one. :D Are you going for a replica theme or just a different personal design?

No, I figure it would near impossible to get factory replacement graphics so why bother with the standard look. I'm not really after a replica look either, just something different that looks great. I have a friend who does graphics and can reproduce some of the decals, so I'll see what he can do with pictures and scans.
