SP Fork Seals
I have a 3TJ fitted with SP forks that have started leaking
Could any one tell me if the fork seals for a standard RR are the same fitted in SP forks.
The local Yam dealler cant tell me!!
Also best places to buy seals from?
Are non Yamaha ones any good

I think they are 43 ID, 55 OD, 10.5 THICK (the markings are on the top face). Same as FZR1000 EXUP 1989-90

I supply fork seals for £6 a pair posted and the sp is 10.5 mm and the rr models are 9.5mm...
The 10.5's a bit tight in the RR model forks..

you can sort me a set of sp ones if you will please! might as well do em at same time as oil! forgot to mention it earlier!

Forks have now been rebuilt with new seals, oil and cleaned.
Made a huge change to the bike.
Also now have full rebound adjustment!!
Thanks to LAJ for seals and advice.
Must confess I had a bloke from work doing the job for me.
He builds dampers for F1 cars for was very happy when he offered to do them for me!!

Rear shock I think is ok!! feels fine any way
