Suzuki Katana 400
Bit quiet in this section!
I was wondering if anyone knew of this particular bike. Has been for sale for over a year now, wondering if its a bit of a pup.

Seems like a lot of money for what it is but I've never seen a katana 400 before and that really appeals to me.
The bike above is an import, were they ever sold in the UK?

Re: Suzuki Katana 400
That's a Japanese market only retro model from the early 90s, using the gsxr engine and uprated suspension and brakes but with the early 80s styling. They also made a Japan only 250 katana which used the gsxr 250 motor around the same time.
There was an original early 80s 400 katana, which is considerably different to the later model.
I've no idea how much they are worth but they used to be quite popular in Japan in the 90s.
