Make sure all you cdi connections are correctly orientated. I tested swapping the pulse coil connections over and the bike wouldn't start.
Also check the pulse coil measures 100 ohms across it's 2 pins.
Make sure you have proper coolant in your bike, your pistons look like they have rust from improper coolant on them??

The black would have been from bad orings in the carbs.
Best thing to do now its apart is download the workshop manual from on this site and that will have all the info you need, if you have trouble following the Japanese descriptions download the bandit book that is in English and then cross reference.

So i took the head to engineerings and they say my valves are not closing properly.will have it back by tomorrow.

Putting the engine back together on saterday.I'll let you know how it goes.thanx for all the help.I'll check everything properly this time before starting.just one more thing.does anyone know what the head torq settings is.

If you download the workshop manual it has all the info you will need to rebuild mate.

Need advice.conrod 1 3 and 4 is is sticky on bearings.would it cause problems.
