Good point! No I've not heard it come on and I sincerely hope that's because its not getting hot enough rather than its not been working. Thanks for the input guys but does anyone know if the nc30 fan cowling/shroud is different from the nc35 ?

Good point as mentioned by Cammo, Chinese rads often don't have the fan lining up.

That will be the issue with that. I can't remember if its the RVF or maybe a ZXR I had in mind having a different fan between models but the one in my head was different in all 3 mounting points, not just one being wrong.

That really looks like chiense rad quality.

RVF and VFR rad fan mounts are the same btw.

There are always problems when it comes to fitting the cheap chinese rads

How can they all fuck it up? All it takes is a welding rig made after an original radiator setup.

There probably all copied from the same copy, which was done wrong.

Lack of quality control / cheapness means theres no cheking going on, so a whole batch could be made with the brackets in the wrong place and no checks.

Most of the people that buy them just alter it so problem doesnt get fixed.

I sent them back to the supplier and advised him to stick them up his are once I had my refund. I'm now in the process of percuring a set from RO a bit more expensive but absolutely worth every penny.
