But to be honest, apart from the bodywork its in mint condition! It just doesn't work!

It's a nightmare bike ... you need to get rid of it



Seriously though once the bike's been tuned it should be sweet as, this is the frustrating part of the project just getting all the bits to work together

your 7 and my rgvsp must have been brothers in a previous life. Mines really is like triggers broom....except a few thousand more expensive.
Them carbs - they're not the ones from up the road are they?
has anyone tried the viton splicing kits on these things? we have a kit somewhere at work which we occaisonally use for 'fixing' high pressure oil seals, and it seems to hold up pretty well.

that carb cleaner is not very forgiving on rubber seals,o rings, makes them go all out off shape,ive always used av-gas,
