RVF Jetting
Hi mates
Just a quick question on RVF jetting.
My bike's got a K&N airfilter and a (half-system, I think) TSR exhaust.
The main jets are #115 on both front and rear.
I've read the NC30 carb jetting sticky thread and it seems most will be running different jet sizes front and rear.
It also states that pilot screw should be 2,25 turns out when fitted with aftermatket exhaust.
What's your take on a bike like mine? Different jets front and rear? Pilit scre 2,25 turns?
(I'm planning on getting my bike on the dyno, but would be nice to get the carbs somewhat setup before)
Kind regards
Martin

Re: RVF Jetting
Those jets should be about right for your setup, close enough for a dyno run to verify at least.
I've always set rvf pilot screws to the standard setting (1 & 5/8 turns out) and never had any issues no matter what intake/exhaust mods were done to the bike.
Hope that helps.
