NC30 stand/paddock stand for a service!!??

Post by Cal Walker »

Hi guys,

The time is coming first round for me to service my NC, I have a Harris rear paddock stand for it but am wondering how to keep the bike level so that that I can do the oil change correctly, as I don't fancy doing it with the bike angling downwards.

Should I need to get a front paddock stand for it? Or one of the ABBA pro stands for it? So that the bike sits level stand to stand.

Regards......Cal

ABBA stand alone won't keep the bike level, it will still dip forward.

You'll need a headstock or under fork paddock stand.

For an oil change I use neither, but for everything else I use both and the bike sits as level as it can be with two different stands on it. :peace:

you only need it level to check the dipstick..you can lean it on a wall, or hold it against yourself. not a problem.
