Weird Sound
I have a 'clicking' sound coming from the rear left hand side (if your sitting on the bike its the rear left) from behind the rear panels.
A run down of how it started:
- Key into On Position.
- Engine run switch in On Position.
- Click starts (Note: Can't here the fuel pump gasping for petrol so it must be from before that)
If you try actually hitting the Engine Start button it just clicks faster and more violently and again, I cant here the starter motor kick in at all.
My guess is either the starter relay or the main relay.
Also, not sure whether it's connected but the turn signals all flash at weird intervals too.
Anything else I should be checking at all before ordering loads?
Ta

Re: Weird Sound
If the battery is fully charged and in good order start cleaning terminals and connections.
It sounds like a poor earth or badly made positive connections.
Do the headlights work ?
Bridge the starter solenoid main terminals with something-engine will spin over.

Re: Weird Sound
Headlights are working fine. The only other thing that doesn't work is the indicators.
Here's a quick vid that should help:

Re: Weird Sound
Pearson.the headlight check was included as some owners do not have equipment to check battery voltage.
Still sounds like a low voltage problem on the video-the solenoid and relay are not staying engaged but chattering.
