Discs, forks, rear shock looks original the only thing that obviosly isnt is the screen. There is a buyers guide on the homepage with alot of things to look for, id suggest taking a sensible mate along with you when you go to view everybody who looks at these gets the rose tinted specs on and wants to buy regardless. Myself being a prime example of buying a bit of a dog when it was obvious i shouldnt have...

The 400R stickers are missing from the seat unit and it has an aftermarket black double screen. As the others have said we need to see more pics.

Forget what it looks like, its easy to polish a turd with some good wax and a clean.

Never take somebodys word that its all just 'ok'.

Have a read of the buyers guide, get to know the common issues, go and see the bike. Don't buy blind or from pictures.

There are many many of these bikes about, despite what you might read on an ebay advert.

If the owner has had it for any length of time he / she will know about common issues like reg/rec etc.

from the small pics it looks fairly ok, apart from braided lines, no rear pegs, a few missing decals, and what loosk like the wrong bolts in the lower underside panels.

as an example though, should it need relativly few servicable items.

tyres / chain and sprockets and service including valve clearances then youll be looking around 400gbp to sort that out.

plus andthing else that might need doing.

not to put you off buying a bike, service items always need doing but there a good way to knock money off an overpriced bike.

Looks pretty tidy and mostly original to me, but as mentioned most bikes can be cleaned up nicely for a couple of photos.

Let us know how the inspection goes.
