Re: rvf build
right!
the following pics are of the bike today, its not pretty (yet) bit its getting very close to being started.
once the bike runs i will strip it all down and have every thing cleaned - painted - plated ect, and thats when i will get into the nitty gritty as far as the build thread goes - including millions of pics along the way.
so for now:-

Re: rvf build
yes buddy, parts came at lunchtime today.
it feels great as ive never built a bike before, and the fact that it ran on the 3rd-4th attempt (float bowls had to fill up) is awsome.
i know now the hard bit is done. all the important parts are sorted.
so now i will fix a few niggles and start getting ready for the strip down, clean/coat/paint and rebuild.

Re: rvf build - it lives
got a good bit of the bike stripped down yesterday, but rain ment that i was unable to get any more done today, so weather providing - i will get some more done tomorrow and some pics to update the thread a little.
in the vid it shows the rev counter not working - i have descoverd that although in an rvf housing (speedo hacked off) the rev counter itself is a vfr unit.
anyhow, pics tomorow.

Time to get the toothbrush out now then :)
Did you plan fitting a 30 motor or was it just what turned up?
