RVF fuel cock assy, CBR compatible?

Post by kinc »

Do any later CBR fuel assemblies work on the RVF. Trying to find a cheaper a way of buying new if my fix doesn't work.
Looking at fiche it seems where they'd connect to tank looks different but wondered if anyone has fitted CBR one to a rvf.
Part number I would need is 16950MR8073, any part compatibility forum out there?
Cheers, Nick.

What part do you need to fix?

Rick Oliver sells replacement tap diaphrams which is the part most commonly at fault.

Need to replace the non serviceable side, been done by Bike_Nut on here, got to drill the rivets and M4 nut and bolt back together.
Anyone used Hondabond I've read it's the same stuff as Threebond or Hylomar blue, petrol proof gasket.
If it still leaks gonna get a new one for £160+.
