Ersan you changed the reg/rec didn't you, if there is a problem with that it could be frying your batteries.

yea i did change my reg/rec, i got the cbr125 reg/rec that was recommended to me on here. maybe the battery voltage was high because the starter jammed therefor more voltage was getting added to the battery rather than being used on the starter motor.

Starter motors only consume power they do not generate it.
It is unclear exactly when you measured the 16 volts, was the engine running? If so, then the rect/reg is stuffed. Any other time the battery voltage cannot be more than 13 volts when fresh off the charger or 12.8 volts fully charged after time to settle.

well after it got stuck, i turned the bike off because it sounded like the engine was spinning slowly. you can actually hear that near the end of the video.... so i checked the voltage. and it sad 16.80+v ..... so im not sure what the fuck is going on.

Re: xivlia's thread of nc30 problems and questions
I had a bit of a locking problem like that ages ago. I was paranoid that the bike was hydraulic locking..
The problem...knackered reg rec and a knackered battery.
When it locked like that I rocked it in gear to free up whatever had stopped it - the motor in fact - and tried again. I could work around it but it is not ideal.

Cant you try jump starting it off a car if its not cranking? Soz not fit enough to read 80odd pages yet. Wat voltage does your battery read if you turn the lights on? Should keep above 12, but will slowly go down.
Hope you sus it out
Cheers
