G force connections!!

Post by kinggy »

Hi all, just wondering if anyone has any other contact details for Gforce??
I've got an oppertunity to make some 428 pistons but I need schematics to make sure they get it right,
Any help at all would be unreal,

Cheers

Kinggy, I'm pretty sure I''ve got the drawing that Norman made for the design of his pistons, fairly sure it was for his 450 engine though (I think the 450 and 428 pistons were the same, the difference being a longer throw crankshaft). If you want I'll have a look to see if I can find it?

Kinggy, this is the drawing that forms the basis of the cosworth pistons that Mike Norman had manufactured. Cost about $1000 US a set and had to ordered as a batch of 12 sets I believe. TTS Performance UK offer a 443 kit using JE pistons for about $500 + freight and I believe there is a 428 kit available. There are a number of threads on the V4 forum regarding these options, maybe we need a sticky so that the subject does not keep going in a loop.
