eBay 'specials' and other junk finds

A place to bang on about subjects close to your heart that affect us all as 400cc riders. general banter is rife, however rudeness and abuse seem to be the norm, If a bit wet round the ears best go play elsewhere. Auto pruning of items 31 days and older

Bike looks great, I have just recommissioned a neighbours z400 that had stood (with pwtrol in.....) For 13 years!
How did you source parts, we could do with carb rubbers as they are perished (tickover is allover).
Suggestions welcomed 8-)

The carb rubbers are great condition considering they are the originals.. nice and soft.

A pair of decent second hand ones sold on Ebay not too long ago for £180 as they are virtually unobtainable, Most of my parts came from america and i paid through the nose for them.

Phil X Rocks btw :plus:

Cheers 8-)

His rubbers are shot but £180 ....... :o
The bike is a bit of a heap & the owner is as tight as a gnat's chuff so I guess he'll live with it running badly.....
