Melbourne - Recommend Someone to Resleeve a 29 Cylinder?

Post by Pleiades »

After a dropper valve caused a big, nasty bang at the end of the PI straight last year, I need to get cylinder #4 in my NC29 motor resleeved. Any suggestions on who in Melbourne might be able to help me? I've spoken to C&C, interested in other options.

Cheers,

David

No idea mate, I would've suggested C&C also!

It might be worth asking RB Imports for advice.

Hey Cam, I was chatting to GF on email, and he suggested that he'd never had any luck getting a 29 motor successfully resleeved, so I pulled the pin. As noted elsewhere, I'm moving to Amsterdam in August, so not sure whether I'll be putting my bike back together before I leave. Will decide in the next few days.

Yeah I wasn't sure that these engines could be resleeved, nc30's are in the same camp.

All the best on your globe-trotting mate!
