The reason it feels like there's no compression when crank it with the plugs out is because there isn't any compression, you've removed the plugs!!!!

do you have a Haynes manual for the bike?

 :D yeah i realized that after i posted it :  , looks like i have to test out my coils.... all 4 of the plugs surely cant be at fault, there is no current flowing into the plugs..

and yes i do have haynes i shall test the coils and see what the problem is.

Its unlikely coils if none of your plugs are sparking, your problem lies before the coils. My guess is you haven't put something back together right, re trace your steps.

okay, did some electrical testing. i checked the ignition coils all resistances are within spec, i went to check the pulse generator coils, i am getting infinite resistance on the yellow/white and the yellow terminal, and 744K ohms across the white/blue and blue terminal...... sounds like my pulse generator coils are fucked i dont see why it would be fucked out of the random like that...... its strange.

did you by any chance knock the pickups or nip the wires when fitting the starter clutch?

i have a set of vfr pickups £10 + £5 for postage if you want them.

nope i dont think so... i removed the coils out before removing the starter clutch, by pickups do you mean the pulse gen coils or just the magnetic pick ups? because i really think the whole pulse coils are fucked. because when the jamming happend i did keep on pushing the starter button until it freed itself from jamming.. maybe the excessive load on the coils burned the internal wires or something.
