HRC CDI needs identification
Dear All,
I used to use this forum many years ago. Glad it is still going.
My NC35 has long since gone, and in a recent house move I came across my old HRC cdi that I swapped out before selling my bike (also quite a long time ago).
I bought it new from Tokyo (luckily I get to travel with work). I vaguely remember it was about £300. It doesnt have anything obvious on it like "HRC cdi", but does have markings on it that someone can probably identify.
On the front face:
NKA
907B
9208
On the end:
Oki Electric Industry Co., Ltd
Made In Japan
Photos available if you point me somewhere to upload them.
If anyone wants to make offers...otherwise I will be putting it up for sale in the relevant section.
Best regards
Mark Norton

300gbp!? Expensive back then!
It's not avilable now but the list price is 131gbp.
You could order the HRC ignition from a Honda dealer in the UK without going all the way to Tokyo.
30400-NKA-900 is the part number
And yes it's an RVF HRC ignition box.
