Hi had my nc24 for almost a year now and loving it but every were i read they say its suppose do at least 125mph with head down but mine has a mint engine an will only pull 102 mph sitting up and 112 with my head down this is in 4th gear if i then change up to 5th or 6th it starts slowing down im running a 14 t front and 45t rear any help would be appreciated :peace:

no not restricted full power had it put on a dyno when first got it and is putting out 57hp @ 13000 and 25 ft-lbs @ 10000 it is a naked bike tho so gooing to lose some top speed from that i now

no bogging it runs sweet as will fly up to about 100mph

Have you got the dyno graph?

Something is not right as they'll do 120 easy...

Do 24s have the rubber flap that direct air like on the 30?

yea iv got the graphs the guy how did the dyno run said it was a tiny bit lean so put the 115 main jets in the front and 118s in the back which made a nice improvment an run smooth thro the revs and the rubber flap um yea it did have one but think i left it off when put the bike back together will have a look

If you have messed with the flaps and so on it can often make it run shit...

They don't have ram air, they don't need any air "forcing " down their throat. Leave them std..Honda have the skills.

Am sure you'll get it right

just had a look at rubber flap an no it dose not have one it was a different bit i was thinking of it was the peace from under the bottom yoke
