how much would you pay?? whats it worth to YOU!!??
ive often had the conversation with my mates of the forum (Rhory, Gareth, Stu, Dave, etc) how much is something worth? everytime its the same answer..."whatever someone is willing to pay"
well. how much would you pay for a entire RVF front end that could be bolted onto a VFR.
i mean, yokes modified with VFR stem, very clean RVF forks (ex race bike), bespoke CNC clipon blocks with alloy bars, Anniversary blade braking system, calipers rebuilt like new, master cylinder, new goodridge hoses, new EBC HH pads.

Re: how much would you pay??
Look at it this way, what would you have to pay to get the bits?
150-300 for the forks
50-70 for the calipers
40 for the bars
20-30 for the M/C
40quid for the lines
40quid for the pads
Dunno about the yokes, 30-60 at a guess.
If you're adding the mudguard that's about 50quid[1] if decent.
Then add a bit on for the convienience of it being in one lot.

[1] As I found to my cost, they don't come up often on fleabay and go for quite a bit if decent (and a fair amount even if not).

50-70 for the calipers - silver ones much harder to get,Aint that right Craig S
40 for the bars - the CNC block bit very hard, been told they could have cost £100 on their own.
20-30 for the M/C
40quid for the lines
40quid for the pads
Dunno about the yokes, 30-60 at a guess. - standard yokes can be £100, plus fitting of VFR stem...
If you're adding the mudguard that's about 50quid[1] if decent. - yea hard to get, this one has 2 lugs damaged, but fits just perfect

Re: how much would you pay??
you really considering dumping your front end of the vfr? Always thought it looked really well. like an RVF

Still ~40quid for the bars, that's what I've paid for nice CNC'd bars off fleabay before (for the SV but they'll fit the NC35[1]) on two different occasions both brand new, list price ~120quid.hannakournikova wrote:fastdruid wrote:Look at it this way, what would you have to pay to get the bits?

Can't see them too well but these are the one set, 36quid

[1] We've run TL1000S bars on the NC35 before[2].

[2] Crashed first session on a 2 day trackday and snapped a bar, didn't have any spare.
